Summary: We spent a month at this lovely home. We especially enjoyed the shaded lanai in the afternoons. Property was within a mile of grocery store and neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very enjoyable stay.

Summary: l Loved this place! They have everything you need to have wonderful stay. The back yard is beautiful and private. So close to restaurants,groceries,beach and many places to walk and bke.Very safe area.

Summary: This is a lovely, spacious house in a great neighborhood. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable (especially the bed) and the hot tub was a great treat. Lovely yard, great outdoor shower, loads of big, plush towels. The owner is reachable and responsive. All in all--an A Plus experience!

Summary: Cozy home in a nice neighborhood. Home has all the amenities you need for both indoor and outdoor fun. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice backyard screen and patio. Walkable distance to several good restaurants, a major grocery store and many other shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: 3rd time vacation to Sarasota is a charm. Felt like a quiet home (not so much at the other places we stayed at.) Well stocked and decorated with quality furniture inside and outside. Dog-friendly with a park-like 0.6 mile loop around nearby church. Dog-friendly Turtle Beach on Seista Key. Sun or shade as you want in a truly private back yard; the other places not so much. Wonderful hot tub spa - my bad back has never been better. Central location near most of the restaurants and shops we went to in previous years. Walking distance to Gulf Gate shopping area, restaurants, and Publix.
