Positive: Perfect location and rooms are amazing
Negative: Valet was non existent. We paid for valet only to find our car parked in the same place in front of the valet in the morning. No one in sight and took 15 minutes to get our keys. For the rest of our stay, we just kept our keys.
Summary: Perfect hotel and location. Avoid the valet at all costs. Park on the street.

Positive: Decor had clean lines, up to date and the bar was amazing.
Negative: Our room was beautiful, but seemed a bit cramped. The affect of the size was minimized by the great layout and good use of space. LOVED the long built in bench against the wall. Perfect for luggage a shopping bags. When we used the slider to close the bathroom door, it had debris and dirt on the floor that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Other than this is was really a great stay. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Positive: Breakfast staff was rude when simply asked if they could check on our order after it took a long time and we had a tight schedule.
Negative: Room was dirty in corners and baseboards. Ac hotel on Bozeman had complimentary water in rooms. Not in Missoula. Also housekeeping only dropped off towels and did not make bed.
