Summary: The studio was very clean, well equipped and easy to access. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the host, they explained the parking and check in process very well. It was very cold and windy when we stayed, and the age of the building shown through in that. It was a little drafty and the heat was not amazing, but we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Summary: The location cannot be beat. We stayed over a weekend and there were 3 farmers markets all within walking distance and one literally right outside our door. The only downside was that it was the first weekend back for the university so all the cars racing up and down the main drag was very loud. It’s not the owner’s fault, just be aware the street noise might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the one neighbor we shared a wall with had a very loud surround sound or TV - we reached out to the owner and he was terrific about contacting the neighbor. He/she was then good at controlling the volume after 10p
