Summary: Hotel was perfect. Disappointing was we could not have dinner as we planned for and was the whole reason for staying the hotel. Really disappointing. Room perfect, staff friendly, location perfect. But I clearly indentified at the booking I wanted a dinner in the restaurant. I am sure the wedding was planned much earlier than our booking. Not nice and would have expected some kind of compensation.

Summary: Great stay at this beautiful old renovated building. Nice set up - unfortunately just a night stop over - but hope next time we can enjoie it for a longer period.

Summary: We stopped at the Hotel Palacio in Valladolid heading to Santander to catch the ferry. The hotel and room were very nice and the breakfast and evening meal were excellent. The only issue we had (minor) was a Pizza we ordered last minute on our arrival which was very poor. The staff immediately reacted to our disappointment and rectified the problem.

Summary: Good option for a stop in the area of Valladolid. Quiet place, large modern room Very nice breakfast buffet But hôtel not in historic center, so you need to take car or taxi to get there Due to covid, gym and pool closed at the moment
