This newly constructed home is designed to accommodate families, both old and young! The home uniquely features a wheelchair-accessible entry, master bedroom, and master bathroom including a Zero Entry shower. The master shower features a built-in bench and dual shower heads. One shower head is height-adjustable and can also be handheld for maximum accessibility.
For the kids of the family, the home features a bunk room that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The home also includes 4 Razor scooters, 3 Pack-and-Plays, 2 highchairs, and plastic kid dishes and utensils.
The home is designed with two large gathering spaces, each with comfortable seating and mounted televisions. Summary: The important things... The place was clean. Everything was organized. Everything you need was there and easy to find: garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, different types of towels, extra linens, wifi information, broom, vacuum, etc. Aaron the property manager was instantly responsive to any issues we had and clearly communicated before arrival and after arrival. We were traveling with two families. The layout of the house was great. Everyone loved having the bathrooms attached to each room and all the bathrooms are a nice size. The location was great for Zion's and the state parks. There are pickle ball courts in the neighborhood. My SO declared Aaron his new BFF when he stopped by to fix something. There aren't any Pokemon Go stops nearby and you need to bring your own corkscrew :) Everyone already wants to go back soon.

Summary: The house is obviously newly built and well maintained. The host Aaron responds quickly to messages and even checked in via message to make sure everything was up to standard. We especially appreciated the pack n play. It makes it so much easier to travel with infants when there is a place for them to sleep. My mother uses a wheelchair and can't stay a lot of places because they aren't accessible. I pay attention now when I go places to see if they are wheelchair accessible. Care and thought was obviously put into the design of the house and I will definitely recommend that anyone who needs wheelchair access book their vacation here!

Summary: This property has every thing u need if traveling in a big group. Our group consisted of 8 adults/7 kids Including a2 yr old. Each bedroom has its own bathroom!!! Very comfortable mattresses. 2 sofa beds+ 2 play pens for toddlers+ the 3 bunk beds. Variety of board games in the top level living room. Clean carpet. 2 sets of washer/dryer Full kitchen with many pans. Very close to a Walmart. And lots of restaurants. Over all, very clean. Owner replied within minutes. "If i could rate this house, I will give it 20 stars. 20/ 10." -8 yr old boy

Summary: We rented the home for a few days for a mountain bike race. The property was immaculate and Aaron, the host, did a great job communicating. Thoughtful inclusions for games and activities. We will be coming back for sure!

Summary: My adult children joined me for a mini vacation and found this home to be everything we hoped for! Such great accommodations. Beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with Aaron was easy and he was very accommodating! Couldn’t recommend more highly!
