Summary: This property was accurately described, new construction, was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. I was happy the backyard was fully fenced in for my dog. However, the person who came to put the trash out left the gate open. My pet did not get out but the gate should not have been left wide open. Also, I have stayed at 5 star rated vrbo properties before and this property seemed to have extensive rules and penalties (that were texted to me within 20 hours of arrival) in comparison to the other properties.
