Positive: Great location in the cbd outskirts and less than 10k from the airport
Negative: This was a last minute booking , our flight got cancelled at 10pm that night, It was not clear in the booking until confirmation was received that this apartment is not managed by the motel, consequently no toiletries nor coffee/tea making facilities and definitely not to the Motel chain standard. We had not planned to stay the night in Sydney, so this was a better than sleeping on the airport lounge.

Negative: comfort of beds / bedding and pillows was quite poor which made for a poor nights sleep every night.

Positive: The spa /pool was great but a bit of a trek and not easy to access with young kids
Negative: We were on the 8th floor and we could hear the night club, revellers and emergency services every night except Sunday until 4am. Beds weren't very comfy and bathrooms were dated and grungy.
