Positive: We enjoyed the quiet location near restaurants and transportation. We also appreciated the small teas, coffee and treats provided by the host, as well as the laundry pods. The flat had beautiful natural light from all of the windows. The host was very responsive and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Although the flat was lovely, it was a bit worn and housekeeping could have been improved (e.g: leftover laundry, chipped paint, and sticky floors in guest bedroom). The second bedroom does not have air conditioning and the portable unit in the Master Bed too noisy to keep it on in the night- Luckily we only got a bit too warm one or two nights of our stay. A night light, near the stairs in the entryway would be an incredible addition for bathroom breaks during the night. There was some construction going on nearby, but we were out most of the day so it wasn't much of a bother.

Positive: Amazing location, and Claudia was so helpful. The flat was so clean and lovely, perfect for our family of 5. We were able to walk so many places and appreciated the comfortable beds and sleeping accommodations. Highly recommend staying here!!

Positive: The location in Darlinghurst is splendid - very residential and very quiet but within a very short walk to excellent restaurants. The townhouse was spotless and is very light and airy. Claudia is a wonderful host and left parking permits for our car - which never moved because we were able to walk to everything we intended to. The thought and detail in the design of the townhouse is exceptionally well done.
Negative: There is construction going on at the townhouse next door, but it was not an issue as we were typically up and gone most of the day when work was going on.
Summary: Fantastic location and a wonderful, comfortable location for an extended stay.
