Summary: The amenities were great, the room was spacious and clean and the dinner was very good. THe true stand-out was the great staff and their incredible service. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Right from the pick-up at the airport to the drop-off the next day, it was an amazing experience.

Summary: The restaurant staff was just simply great. The food was pretty good as well. The hotel though seems like much older then it really is. Maybe the upkeep(?) The very first night our bathroom sink was NOT draining. Had to get engineering to get it fixed. The bathroom tile itself is polished tile without any grains so we both slipped on it. The manager then provided some mats that helped. We stayed 5 nights all together. On the 6th day our flight was at 11:30PM and so I asked for an extension. There was all kinds of drama and left us in limbo of not knowing what was going to happen. They charged us half a days stay stating that the hotel was full AND our room had a late check in coming in. I came to find out it was not the case and there wasn't anyone waiting to check in our room. I would've appreciated it if you were just honest about. You want the money I will give you the money but don't use the lame excuse that you're full and someone has a late check in. Just be honest about it. Just this incident leaves a sour taste and hence I would not recommend this hotel.
