Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and security looked good in the area. Doors are locked behind you and only accessible by guests and staff. I had issues with my flight for the 9th and did a no-show, but they understood my frustration, so they didn't have to hassle me further to demand payment. I extended my stay by one day, and they waived the charge for the day I missed. My flat was very clean and comfortable. Domestic staff even tuned up to clean in the morning even though I checked in just the night before. They came to check later to ensure everything was working in good order for my comfort. Jackie helped to book a taxi and carried one of my luggage for me. Derrick and Benjamin were excellent in dealing with my pick-up from the airport and checking in. I am so grateful, guys. You are doing a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean room, the bed and linens were incredibly lovely. Staff was great and always available very responsive. Great airconditioning and everything you could need in a small kitchen. Could see the ocean from the rooftop area. Would stay again
