Summary: Stay was decent but nothing extraordinary. It didn’t come across as a 4 star hotel more a 3.5 or 3 star. They didn’t have any luggage storage facility. The pillows were also useless.

Summary: Nice clean hotel, very close to metro with frequent service to the city centre. Spacious room. A kettle and some tea/ coffee would have been wonderful. Very good value for money.

Summary: Was impossible to get out of the bed from one side because top much close to the wall. Air conditioning was not working. There were cockroaches in the room

Summary: room 004: tv screen was broken, ground was quite dirty, aircon didn't work. only reaction at reception, we'll check. had better stays before in that hotel and hope it stays a sine bad moment. cu next time

Summary: The property was close to the tram. Unfortunately the room was not suitable for three people as booked. We booked for three people and weren’t notified that there would not be a second bed until too late to cancel the check in. Had to ask for shampoo, batteries for the remote, and towels. Room was not cleaned.
