This is our family’s farmhouse. We have 40 acres and very secluded. We have a pool table and darts in our “man cave”. You can enjoy the sunset around the bonfire. And don’t forget your fishing poles for the pond from the dock.

Summary: First of all let me say the pics of the house do no justice the house and property are amazing and The location is great! It’s in the middle of nowhere if you want your family to bond and get away from internet and cable tv this is perfect bring 4 wheelers dirt bikes , camping gear and your pew pews and have at it, there’s plenty of property to explore and have some fun just bring targets or clay discs also the man cave is simple and nice it is hot due to having a simple tin roof but prop open the door and windows and you will be fine take a fan if you have one but it’s great for nights playing pool and darts and having a few drinks so if your looking to bond with your family with out all the social media and internet distractions this is the place to go and let kids be kids ,teens be teens and of course it’s great to sit on the porch with your better have and enjoy the view and nature along with a nice cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine and a cold brew in the evening, had a great time we will definitely comeback!, thank you for sharing your property with us.

Summary: House was very clean and well stocked. Man cave was a joke. No air and lots of insects. Things didn't realize was how many dirt roads it took to get there and that all bedrooms were upstairs except for one. Front porch was great for gathering and overall we had a good time.

Summary: This place is amazing! We had a great time. They have everything you need in the house. Very clean and comfortable. It's a little piece of heaven in Texas.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the pond and being able to make smores at the fire pit. My granddaughter really enjoyed finding all the little hidden places in the house. The only suggestion I would make is to have a property booklet letting us know what clean up you expect guests to do before leaving. Would definitely come back.

Summary: This property is a true hidden treasure! The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is well stocked and the huge smoker was perfect for grilling. The land is beautiful and peaceful, the front porch is perfect for watching all the birds and wildlife. We caught perch and bass in the large pond and spent the nights around the fire pit. The kids loved exploring and playing in the man cave, they didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Summary: This is a wonderful property. It is well equipped and has very comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the supplies that one would need. There are plenty toiletries, soaps, shampoos, and towels available. The Man Cave was a great place to hang out to play pool, darts, and giant Jenga since it rained quite a bit of the time while we were there. Of course we had to put the smoker to test while we were there by smoking an 18# brisket that was enjoyed by all. There were hogs & armadillos to watch too. There are some small cleaning improvements to be made in the kitchen area and the owner said they will correct those issues. We greatly enjoyed our time at this location and plan on going back soon!
