Positive: The owners were very sweet and was close to the wedding I was attending

Negative: My room smelled like a an ashtray and of cheap cigarettes. Kept hearing something scurrying around on the floor all night, turned out to be a mouse. Scares me half to death

Summary: The owners are very, however I would not choose to stay there again

Positive: For the price and the location the motel was fine. The staff was very friendly.

Negative: The water in Hamilton is very hard. However, at this price point, I don't expect a water softener.

Positive: The location was convenient and accessible. There was plenty of parking and no congestion. As the name implies, the room is a value on the budget level.

Negative: It's summer time in Hamilton now, so this was less of an issue for me - There was no hot water in the shower and barely lukewarm water from the sink. Waking up to a cool shower is brisk but it certainly ensures the blood is pumping!
