Positive: We liked the spacious and beautiful house and the house was kept quite clean. The beds were large and super comfortable. Attached bathrooms for each room was brilliant. Very useful to have a washing machine, drying racks and iron. We only used the pool for a day and the kids enjoyed it even though water was a little cold as it was end of October. Good location to get around. Parking inside or outside gate. Well kept outdoor garden. The host was accommodating to our needs.
Negative: Whilst the house is in a good condition the furniture and kitchen appliances need updating. Some of the furniture is worn out but useable condition. The kitchen could be a little more updated and better stocked with the basics and tea/coffee as we had to find and buy everything next morning. I think just the basic welcoming morning beverage's would have made it a little easier on our first day. The first room on the left downstairs had a bad smell throughout our stay maybe from the bathroom drainage, this was unpleasant for the guests in that room.
Summary: Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Positive: The villa is really good , comfortable, with nice furniture, great beds /pillows, a big and very clean swimming pool. There were cooking facilities( you have to buy everything though, no supplies available there), a washing machine and a dishwasher, even though there was no detergent for either of them.There was good communication with the administrators and anytime we faced some issues, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. We visited end of September and the price was really good for 9 people ( 3 teachers and six students). We would recommend it if you have a means of transport.
Negative: The villa is located in a distance of about 20 minutes drive from Fethiye centre and there is no public transport near, so we had to pay for private transfer every day . A lot of things seem to need fixing or replacement there, Anyway , we could do without them, so we didn't face a real problem. We stayed for 6 nights and there was no cleaning or changing of towels available, we had to do it by ourselves. Overall a very good experience !

Positive: The Staff were amazing and the location was close to Calis Promenade, which is about 8-10 mins drive. Contact with Hallis from the beginning was amazing and on point. We were later given Ibrahim us our guide and he was ok. Great size rooms all en-suite
Negative: WiFi was bad… a booster is needed.furniture is a bit dated, needs updating…this will help with the aesthetics of the lovey villa. tiles were slippery when washer was ok them so you have to be careful walking around the pool are and in the villa. Hard for taxis drivers to find as Ada Villa doesn’t seem to come up, so we used the Coca Cola factory as our landmark

Positive: The accessibility was great, 10 minutes walk to a nice beach. We rented a car so the shopping was so easy for us, you could find Migros everywhere ( I highly recommend to rent a car beforehand as it makes your life way easier) There is a gentleman called Ebrahim which was great✨ He answered to all of the questions and queries sharply and made our visit to Fetihye much more comfortable and enjoyable. The villa is huge and clean, you have an independent bathroom and terrace in each bedroom which was great. The facilities are excellent, the accessibility and location was really good; around 10-15 minutes drive to the centre, nevertheless, very quite and relaxing in terms of privacy and comfort. Also i should mention the outside garden is very big and great for children to play on. The pool is big and nice. I do recommend everyone to book this Villa if you are coming to Fetihye ( great value).
Negative: The pool’s filter got broken and we couldn’t use it the last 2 days. Also, the wifi connection was poor and was not installed on arrival, we had to wait one day without internet in villa and ask for it to be fixed. The Jacuzzi is more like a decor it’s not functioning as a proper jacuzzi.
Summary: Good value and service but the facilities needs to be checked and fixed before the guests arrival.

Positive: Fantastic clean villa. Loads of room for the family. 6 double bedrooms 7 bathrooms! Pool is massive and clean. Management company infinity homes were fantastic nothing is too much trouble.
Negative: I know the area well, it is a little bit far away from chalis and fethiye.
