Positive: Lovely villa, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Privacy was very good, taxi call button was just outside on the road, shop next door, towels and toilet rolls were provided to start off our stay. Landlady was very nice, helpful and responsive to any queries. AC Units were quiet and kept even comfortable temps. Hangers provided in the wardrobes, and extra pillows & bedding too.
Negative: There were no negatives, however, a few minor recommendations to improve on facilities have been fed back to the property owner.
Summary: We had a good one!

Positive: The villa was perfect. We were met on arrival by Basri, the agent, who got us checked in quickly and explained everything about the property. The agent kept in touch every couple of days by wattsapp message to check everything was OK and that we didn't need anything. The villa is set over three floors, ground floor with a well equipped modern kitchen, toilet, seating area with two sofas and a separate dining area. There is a patio outside with a further table and a lovely sized pool. The pool gets the sun all day, I have been visiting Turkey for years and the pools are often freezing. This pool had a lovely warm temperature all day. There were plenty of sun loungers and all were in a good condition. The first floor has a bathroom with a great shower and two good sized double bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobe space. One bedroom has patio doors that lead to a decent sized terrace. The top floor has another double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This floor also has a terrace which would be good for sunbathing and big enough to fit 4 or 5 sunbeds easily. Everything in the house was in good condition and I cannot think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. The villa is located in Ciftlik which is about 1.5 miles from the centre of Calis. You are not in a remote location though. There is a small shop about 100m away and a new Migros store 75m away that has pretty much everything you could need at decent prices (Like a large Tesco Express if you are not familiar with them). Transport to Calis or further is also simple. There is a taxi button about 20m from the house, the calis/fethiye bus stop is about 125m from the house and there is also a taxi rank about 200m away. I would say the property is a 10-15 minute or so walk from the beach where there are also a couple of beach clubs. All in all a great property that was really well located. We have already booked again to go back later in the year.
