Positive: This is a new townhouse with 2 bed-rooms. It is very good location with a car park. A comfortable bed with a fan and a heater provided upstair. Downstair it has a heat pump that you can adjust the temperature. Whiteware is provided with the combination of washing machine and dryer. Liquid detergent and diswasher powder were provided. Wifi is strong and there is streaming services available on smart TV. It recommended for a young family as there are two-bedrooms upstair with two single beds and another is a king-bedroom. It may not be suitable for elderly as there are many steps to walk upstair.
Negative: Smelly bathroom upstair when we turned on a fan ventilation and closed the bathroom door upstair. If you open the bathroom door during the fan is on, it will be fine. Rubbish bin had not been empty when we arrived. There were two dirty towels under the sink upstair. No worrries, we did clean that after all. No milk provided in the fridge as it should be. It is fine, we bought it in supermaket nearby.

Positive: Excellent location close to Hagley Park Cricket. Easy flat walk. Secure as estate was accessed via gates that were controlled by a code. Parking directly in front of property. A number of cafes/take aways within walking distance or via bus that stopped close to the property.
Negative: Air conditioning only available downstairs so bedrooms were hot. Plastic sheets on beds made for a sweaty night. Adjacent to Car Pound so early morning noise made sleep difficult. No ironing board supplied.

Negative: Pans were too warped and told Upstairs bathroom ventilation wasn’t cleaned Both bathroom piping stinks when water hasn’t been moved for few hours but this is on builders or plumbers
