Summary: We wanted to a cozy winter getaway during Christmas. This place fit the bill. Pros:-Pam was very responsive and had decorated the entire place with cute Christmas trees/ornaments. She even left a welcome gifts for us. The entire cottage was very cute.-Place was perfect size for us: 2 adults and 1 child. It's a small space but has a great outdoor area you can enjoy. We didn't get to use it much since it was so cold, but it was still nice having it. -Location was great if you want to ski at Gore & also have access to Lake George (midway point)-Abundant heaters for when it gets super cold like when we visited.-Kitchen well-stocked-Incredible view of the river. Very relaxing.Not a deal breaker but some things to consider:-Personally think this place would feel very small if you had more than 4 people considering that there is only 1 bathroom. Of course, if you are out most of the day, prob a non-issue.-Smaller bedroom was surprisingly cold even with the heater. -No drinking water filtration so if that's important to you, bring a Brita filter like we did.Overall a very pleasant stay!

Summary: Definitely rustic, but good rustic. Enjoyed setting on the porch watching the river. Well set up. Everything you would need was provided. High quality linens and towels.just show up with your clothes and groceries and relax.

Summary: We loved our stay! The place was in a great location with a gorgeous view of the river. Well stocked on spices and kitchen items, a great spot for morning coffee on the porch, and the gifts were a lovely touch. The bird feeder outside the bedroom was a great way to wake up! I’d definitely love to book here again.

Summary: This property was beautiful and just as magnificent as the pictures! The cottage is charming with every detail thought of! You feel welcome from the moment you step inside. The host is incredibly thoughtful with the number of conveniences that are there, you really only need to bring yourself. My husband and I needed a relaxing get-a-way, and this was ideal. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. We will definitely be reserving again. Top-notch host!
