Positive: The property is nice and right by the lake! I liked the wrap-around windows on the cabin. A key code was given to gain access and that it easy. Although we didn’t need anything, the hosts were prompt, responsive and made sure we got settled in nicely. The fridge was nice so that we didn’t have to buy a lot of ice. The warm water for the shower was nice! The TVs and computer were nice but didn't use them. The couch is newer and is comfortable. Nice having a kitchen table inside for rainy days. The flowers and greenery around the cabin were a nice homie touch. The conventional oven was nice to have because there is no stove. We liked the camping chairs and the picnic table is nice to eat dinner at. The kayaks are fun! But could use a few more so guests aren't left out of the fun. We didn’t leave, but if we did the stores are Not far away. Plenty enough parking for family and day guests. The fire pit was wonderful we burned wood into the night.
Negative: Fallen tree branches all over. Now, I understand limbs fall, but there was a lot. A possible storm? The groundskeeper should clean them up as it makes the cabin look unkempt. I walked around and cleaned up the best I could no problem. The storm door was broken and did not shut properly. The main door shuts, but both need to be looked at. I liked the wrapped-around windows. Unfortunately, they were all covered in spiders and webs along with the bedrooms. The cabin seems outdated but it is no deal breaker. The kitchen is small, so I felt claustrophobic. The bathroom is small, but understandable as the cabin is small. The air gets stale and warm with no AC at the time of our stay which made for restless night sweats. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling from the shower and needs to be looked at for health reasons. The beds are outdated, and my back killing me. Please buy new ones! Medium to firm to suit everyone. The bathroom door sticks, creeks, and woke people up during the night. The neighbor couple, well kept home, very friendly, and left us alone, as we did others out of respect. It’s everyone's weekend too! Unfortunately, on the other side an older lady was odd, nosy, and disrespectful during our time away. Her home was unkept and looked abandoned. She was unseen, nor heard from all day until nighttime. We were shocked someone lived there. She turned on her flood lights that pointed directly at the cabin cabin's backyard. We were polite and quiet so we felt it was rude to the hosts and those who stay there. She then lurked in the dark we could hear her roam around her yard while being nosy. At one point she went inside opened her window and sat in the dark watching us. It made us all uncomfortable. A privacy fence should be installed posthaste before one losses customers. It would give the cabin what it needs being the homes are so close and again her home not being unkept. It brings in wild animals, rodents, manly bugs! the grass is above the knees.
Summary: I would definitely stay there again! But the cabin needs attention.

Positive: We absolutely loved being right on the water! Our dogs absolutely loved jumping off of the dock!! And the location was perfect!
Negative: The only things we would have liked to have would have been air conditioning as we were up there during a heat wave, and we would have liked to have a ladder to get back on the dock!
Summary: Great time
