Summary: I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a warm smile. The location is exceptional, allowing for an easy walk to one of the best beaches in Saint Martin. While the property is not a luxury hotel, the pricing is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. Everything is in great working order, but above all, the staff is incredibly devoted, dedicated, and kind. Because of them, I will definitely return."

Summary: We stayed in a king bed room and overall had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the bed itself was very comfortable, and all the linens were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. However, the room showed some clear signs of needed upkeep several areas of the walls had chipped or worn paint that could use a fresh coat. More concerning was the bathroom: the shower was quite dirty and fell well below the standard we'd expect from a hotel. I'd only recommend staying here if management addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathrooms. The bones of a good stay are there, but it needs some attention.

Summary: Not what i expected . There was no working elevator on the property so be prepared to carry your luggage's upstairs. Our room was not properly cleaned. As we approached the Maid hurried out of the room very sweaty saying she was behind on her cleaning schedule. We got inside and the towels were just thrown on a shelf and not folded so I immediately thought ok I'll just ask for new towels because I can't verify if they had been used .. upon asking for more towels the front desk told us they could spare one more but that's it . They said if we asked again we would not be able to get more... so I don't know if they send their laundry offsite to wash and they just don't have a lot or what that was about .. we immediately left the hotel and found a room in town at the Simpson bay resort... it was a dated looking property but they were very accommodating over there .. I say if you are used to a modern up to date / semi luxury type of home life neither of those hotels are a good fit... the only good thing about Adonis was that you could walk to a beautiful beach other than that nope..

Summary: Property was nice, clean room, the bathroom gets wet, due of the shower head is high and a bit small. Staff could be more friendly and helpful!

Summary: This is one of the worse property that I ever stayed at in St Martens. You can’t explain your Customer to drag there 22kg suitcase up the staircase. Its your responsibility to make sure the lift its up and working. The wall in our room was dirty looking like it was never clean before also in a hot island like this the AC was not working properly. Lucky we were only there for one night we will never going back there even if its just for a night hoiii

Summary: Elevator didnt work and we were on the top floor, no towels or wash clothes were available and some random kids seem to be living in the lobby and the staff sits by the main door smoking so its the first thing that greets you.

Summary: elevator is broken. Breakfast was eggs & hotdogs everyday not bad but not the best. Leak in the bathroom. AC works fine. You get what you pay for.

Summary: My room on the downstairs looked clean but didn't smell clean. No iron in room i had to find 1 at the front at the right corner of the reception desk....The outside of the property was unkept. The front desk clerk was very accommodating I reached a little more than an hour before check in time and was given a room which i really appreciated as i was very exhausted from my appointments. Truth be told i would definitely stay there again for more nights to give it another chance as i only spent ocernight.

Summary: The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there.
