Our place is very close to the I-5 and I-52 entrances. 8 minutes to La Jolla, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 12 minutes to USD, 15 minutes to downtown (ZOO), 15 minutes to Torrey Pines state park. Also 12 minutes away from “Convoy Area” Asian district with many great restaurants.

Summary: Great place. Clean everything well maintained and we had everything we needed for stay. Lots storage for clothes and other items. Quiet neighborhood and we felt safe all hours of day. Close to beach areas and all our needs while we were there. Hosts easy to get ahold of when needed. Would book there again.

Summary: This spot was perfect for my week long business trip to UCSD. Only minutes away from my work location and in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. The house is just the right size for one person or a couple. Very clean, well appointed, and everything worked perfectly.

Summary: This place was tremendous. Extremely clean the place was as advertised bathroom and kitchen updated and location in a good spot only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown San Diego and parking was not a problem. Midwest comfortable, and my wife appreciated their air conditioner in the bedroom.
