Situated in the heart of quaint downtown Beulah, enjoy a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, breathtaking Crystal Lake beach, pickleball courts & more. Located directly across the street from the famous Betsie Valley trial, enjoy a fall hike, a bike ride into nearby Frankfort, or snowmobile into Thompsonville for a great meal at Geno's. This home is accessed via the alley behind the property through the public parking lot, so there is plenty of room to park trailers and bring all your favorite toys (bikes, kayaks, boats, snowmobiles, & more!). There is so much to do in beautiful northern Michigan, and this Benzie Bungalow is close to it all! Enjoy kayaking the crystal clear Platte River in Sleeping Bear dunes, challenge yourself to the famous Dune Climb, enjoy the numerous wineries, distilleries, & breweries, ski or golf at Crystal Mountain resort or the many other courses nearby, or hike the infinite nearby trail systems. After a full day of Northern Michigan adventure, relax around a cozy outdoor fire or on the outdoor patio under the stars.
This home features a main level living room, kitchen, breakfast nook-style dining area, main-floor master bedroom with queen bed, washer/dryer, semi-private 4 season porch, and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a private upstairs loft with queen bed, 1/2 bath with toilet & sink, convertible desk, and direct outdoor access. PLEASE NOTE: While fully updated & remodeled, this home's original structure is more than 100 years old, and features a few tight spaces. Therefore it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a security camera located in the parking area. This camera is inactive while the property is occupied.
