Summary: Had a bit of a sterile feel like I was renting the property from a virtual person or a property management company. Nice apartment in pretty gated community. A bit weird with the gates and the locks and no personal touch. Great bed and bedding! Overall good spot for the cost.

Summary: This is a suite in a condo in a gated private golf resort. It was functional as a place to stay in Bend, but was not really convenient for walking or biking to any Bend attractions. You will not have access to resort amenities. This is listed by Vacasa - read the vacasa listing before booking as the VRBO listing is not accurate with regards to amenities. Specifically, there is one parking space and Vacasa will recommend that if there is an additional vehicle that you park it at Deschutes brewery over a mile away. The actual local manager was helpful. Also, there is another rental upstairs. There was a dog left alone that was howling while we were there. Maybe you will not be as unlucky.

Summary: We arrived after the gatehouse closed and the access code did not work. My husbands was sitting on the side to put shoes on the bed and the frame broke, we had to move out a day early as it wasn’t fixed, we have not had any resolution with owner or Vrbo. The property owner was not available or willing to help with the problem
