Enjoy easy access to everything on foot, bike or car with this wonderful location close to shops, restaurants, and pubs on Century Drive and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. Tucked away amongst tall pine trees, it's a perfect fun filled getaway!
At the house, guests will enjoy a fully stocked air-conditioned home with a gas fire pit and gas grill on the patio along with a new salt water hot tub to be installed mid May 2019. There are walking paths that intersect the property leading to the Deschutes River Trail and other side of the property is the bike trail that leads to all kinds of outdoor sports, fine dining and shopping. This unique location accesses the connector trails to the popular "Phil's Trail" for mountain biking. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to the Old Mill and and downtown to shops, restaurants and Drake Park and only 18 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area.

Enjoy two master suites in this two bedroom house that is perfect for families or couples looking to getaway. The 2nd master is upstairs and has a private outside balcony. There are two queen beds with comfortable mattresses with comfy warm duvets. We also have two couches that are made to multitask into twin beds which are very comfortable. Once the back cushions are removed on the couch, they are the size of a twin bed. There is a beautiful tiled shower downstairs, a powder room, and a tub shower combination upstairs.
