Summary: The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. The 2 rocking chairs were a nice touch and relaxing while enjoying beverages in the morning or evening. The location was less than 2 miles from the thriving First Ave downtown area where you can find many great restaurants and bars. The only suggestion I would make is to provide at least 4 more 12 oz water glasses. I don’t believe there were any and my guess is there might have been larger glasses at some point but as frequently happens, glasses get broken over time. All in all it was a very pleasant short stay in the cottage and we would return again

Summary: I stayed in this cottage with my husband and another adult relative. We were very pleased with this charming cottage. The kitchen was perfect for the kinds of simple meals we make while on vacation. The two bedrooms gave us the privacy we needed and the extra sitting space in the living room was great. Staying here was cheaper than some hotels and much more comfortable. The owner was responsive and acted quickly when we had questions, He lived next door, but we only saw him when we wanted something. He respected our privacy. The location is great for the things we enjoy most - going to the restaurants and shops downtown and going to the waterfront. Also, one member of our party used the bus system to go to baseball training camp games and the bust stop was a short walk down the block from the cottage. What’s most important to me - it was spic and span clean! We will look for this cottage the next time we are in Fort Myers!

Summary: Could have been a 5. Minor issue after booking and paying for Mon-Fri (5 nights) were informed that Friday was unavailable. Refund was prompt and homeowner was very apologetic, but we did have to book a hotel room locally for one night. Property was very new, clean and nicely furnished. Great location, close to Downtown Fort Myers, Edison/Ford Estate, Beach and Airport. Try Christoff's on Mcgregor for lunch/dinner.
