Three month rental available for Winter 2026. This beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condo close to downtown fort Myers, shopping malls and the river. This condo is located on 5th floor elevators building in a peaceful, private, quiet complex just a few steps from the heated pool. Close to everything and 20 minutes to the Fort Myers beaches, Sanibel and Captiva. Three blocks from Edison Golf course. Concrete construction provides quiet quarters, privacy. The open-concept kitchen is equipped for cooking or you can enjoy the many restaurants located close by in downtown Fort Myers. The dining room seats 6 and the living room is furnished for comfort. The screened lanai with walk-out is perfect for dining and relaxing. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms one with queen size bed and the other with King adjustable bed. TV in master bedroom and living room. Spend the afternoons playing shuffleboard or relaxing by the heated pool. Great place to beat the cold! Max occupancy is 4. No smoking or animal. Application fee ($150), lease and background checks required by condo association for 30 days or more. Covered assigned parking. And uncovered guest parking.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Location is convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and Edison Ford museum. Also, pool is great! Hosts June and Ron were welcoming, helpful, and always available. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Very nice condo. Building is good and I felt safe there being by myself. The neighborhood surrounding though is not one to go for walks. Met a lot of very nice people living there. Location good to get around to several places but the traffic itself is horrific!!

Summary: This was not our first visit to SW FL but our first extended stay. The property as just as advertised. We felt right at home. June & Ron are wonderful hosts. They were very attentive to any needs. They also provided lots of information on attractions, restaurants, local happenings etc. They get 5 stars from us!!!

Summary: June was a fabulous host. The rental was clean and nicely furnished. Great community of people living in the complex. Great location for us as we are having a house built and was convenient to access many different parts of the area.
