This is a quaint Open Concept, Easy Access (no stairs) Children and Pet friendly Irish cottage with fenced yard in a nice, quiet family area, close to all of the summer attractions, a mile from both Manasquan and Sea Girt beaches for swimming or surfing, 2 blocks to shops, restaurants, pubs, & Algonquin live Theatre. Edgar Felix bike/walking 6 mile trail is five blocks from cottage. Manasquan has a separate Fisherman's Cove Dog & Kayaking Beach and Inlet for fishing. Also, Summer free concerts and Fireworks. Five blocks to the Train Station to NYC (2 hr. trip). The cottage features cathedral ceilings, skylights, stained glass, wood floors and cabinets. This private back house has a separate fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and patio. 2 TVs, WIFI, FIOS with premium channels. 2 Adult Beach badges in season, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, 3 bikes (2 adult and one child), 2 kayaks, crab trap and pack and play.
Irish food and music at Irish Pubs: Harrigan’s, St. Stephen’s on the Green & Rods- check music schedule. Irish shopping at the Irish Center in Spring Lake. Other activities just a short drive away:
Spring Lake shopping or theatre, Point Pleasant boardwalk, arcade, miniature golf, Aquarium and shopping. Belmar fishing and marina, Ocean Grove, Monmouth public golf courses and crabbing at Bay Head.
Just 30 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure or Monmouth racetrack, one hour to Atlantic City, and 80 minutes to Cape May.

Summary: What a beautiful little cottage! My friend and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely Place! Walking distance to everything! We walked to the Beach and boardwalk every morning and evening while there. You definitely don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and food to cook😊 They provide everything for the beach 🏖️ bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, books to read, TV, so much comfort all the way‼️ Highly recommend this quaint cottage.which is very spacious! ♥️. The only thing that was tough for me was a small shower space and dampness as I have allergies.

Summary: The owner Carol was very attentive. The cottage is very old but has everything you need. Close to beach and town. Shower needs updating badly. Quiet neighborhood.Could use bigger tv and new furniture. All in all a nice experience.

Summary: Our family loved the little cottage, we saw several animals (rabbits and chipmunks) in the backyard. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved the games available in the dining/living room area. The only downside was the shower was super tiny otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We loved the house & the neighborhood - and the neighbors we shared the driveway with! Our dogs loved the house & the yard. We loved walking the dogs in the area & how close the house is to so many great places to dine. If planning a trip back to NJ again, I will check here first to see if the house is available. Summary: The cottage is cozy and comfortable. The hosts have labeled all the light switches and had very clear instructions upon arrival. The hosts communicated quickly and made our stay very enjoyable. We had a toddler with us and we had to rearrange a few items on the shelves. Also, the sharp knives were in a drawer close to the floor, so my granddaughter kept me on my toes. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Summary: The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood near shopping etc. on Rt 71. Easy off street parking. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The fenced in back yard worked out well as I had my dog with me. The bed was very comfortable. Carole the owner was very responsive when I needed her assistance.
