Summary: Comfortable house with updated kitchen and hardwood floors. Location was steps from the beach and inlet for fishing, watching the boats and a walk on the path. James is a great host and very responsive (he stopped by to unclog a bathroom sink). Highly recommend!!

Summary: We rented this house for 4th of July week this year & everything was perfect! The location of the house is amazing, steps from beach & boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. James was a great host & made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay including beach badges, a ton of beach chairs & more. We will be coming back!!!

Summary: This place was 20 steps from the beach! Nothing better than an ocean view while enjoying morning coffee on a boardwalk bench. The house had a large kitchen and dining area which was perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, flatware. The furniture was very confortable and in great condition. James was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Summary: Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more than being a few steps from the beach. Close enough to walk back to the house for lunch or even just to use the bathroom. Loved the garage access - arriving at night in the pouring rain with two babies was tough, but being able to unload everything in the garage was amazing. Things other renters may want to know: -Bathtub stopper didn’t work (unless I was doing something wrong), so that made bathing a toddler difficult. -Coffee maker is a Keurig; there’s no french press or anything if you bring your own ground coffee. -If you’re a person who likes to clean up the sand after a day at the beach, there’s no vacuum, just a broom. -Enough beach chairs and towels for a large group of people! Overall a fabulous house in a fabulous location. Host was generous and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!
