With enough space to comfortably accommodate six guests, it's an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. Whether you're here for the hiking, skiing, or simply to unwind, our Mountain View New Englander offers a tranquil, comfortable base for your White Mountains adventure. Located 5 minutes from Santa's Village!

Jefferson Meadows sits on a private wooded lot. The driveway offers spacious parking, able to accommodate trailers for snowmobiles, ATV's, or boats. The front of the home offers a front deck with seating. The private side yard offers a patio, Blackstone grill, bistro lighting, ample seating, and plenty of space for lawn games.

The interior of the home offers two levels of living space. The main floor offers a renovated kitchen, large dining space, living room, pantry, laundry room, full bath, office space, and queen bedroom. The second floor offers a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom (2beds).
Pets allowed - maximum of two dogs. Pet fee $85 per a pet
Full Access to whole home and yard
Guest can reach out via the platform, Text messages, email, or call at any point during their stay
Occupancy- is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.
Unregistered guests- Any unauthorized guests will result in a $200 fee per guest per night.
Parking- Please park in driveway. No parking on the grass(septic system) and no parking on the street per town.
Furniture- Please keep all indoor furniture indoors. Any furniture moved please returned to original location before checking out.
Smoking- No Smoking allowed indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $400 dollar min charge.
Bikes- There are 3 bikes for guest to use. Please place bikes back when finished
Septic- the house has a eco-friendly septic system;
Please avoid flushing wipes or sanitary products in the toilet
Please do not pour grease down the kitchen sink drain
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Summary: Property exceeded expectations. Convenient to Santa's Village, it had ample space for a long weekend. In addition to providing a clean, well-maintained space, the hosts added so many little details from a snack basket to Christmas decorations.

Summary: Beautiful house, just 3 min away from Santa’s Village. Perfect for our family weekend. Sparkling clean, with everything (and more) you need to feel right at home. Dave and Alli were responsive, accommodating, and even left a welcome-basket filled with treats for both kids/adults. The house was perfect for our family and friends (total 4 adults and 2 kids). There’s toys, games, Netflix access. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking to catch a break! Thank you!!!

Summary: From the moment we checked in to our final day, we were discovering many lovely details and comforts of this cozy home! A sweet, welcome basket greeted us and our Littles loved playing with the toys provided (all thoughtfully curated!) even thoughtful touches like chargers by each bedside and a fully stocked toiletry basket in the bathroom. We did not need for anything during our visit and the house is simply gorgeous.- clean, beautifully decorated cozy and perfect for our family of five! We would love to stay again soon on our next visit to Santa’s village!

Summary: This adorable little home is everything you would want for a get-away. It is cozy, clean, tastefully decorated in local themes, and filled to the brim with absolutely every detail you could thing of to make your time away from home perfect. Every detail has been thought of, from cell phone chargers in each bedroom, coffee, tea, and creamers, games and toys, a child gate, extra blankets and pillows, bikes to tour the area, gumball machine with pennies provided, toiletries in the bathroom, and a state of the art awesomely huge tv. I wish we could have stayed longer…it was an amazing experience staying in this lovely little piece of heaven.

Summary: Beautifully decorated, with many small touches to make your stay more comfortable (umbrellas, waters, snacks, bathroom supplies, etc.). The kids loved the stair nook. Family friendly (toys, a few books, and games for the kids, even looked like a gate to go across the top of the stairs for toddlers) without compromising the aesthetics. Responsive host. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We would happily return.

Summary: This house was perfect for our annual Santa's Village trip. The house was well maintained and provided all the amenities needed. My kids really liked the gumball machine, the basket of snacks, the toys, big screen TV, and the lawn games. The murals in the bedrooms were so cute. We were thankful for the a/c units in the bedrooms since it got so warm during our stay. The bathroom was also stocked with items in case you forgot something. Checking out was super easy and did not have a long list of things to do. Being so close to Santa's Village made for an easy morning and stress-free evening when coming back. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year.
