Our place is a wonderful peaceful home in Burlington’s South End. Walking distance to many of the south end attractions too! Walk to breweries, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, parks, trails, and so much more! We have provided many recommendations for you to check out and start exploring Burlington’s amazing events and places. Our home is very quiet and cozy. A perfect place to base your adventures from or simply lounge around and enjoy the comforts of our home and cook and relax in the huge enclosed back yard. 2 large bedrooms with a Queen in the Master Bedroom and a Full/Twin in the second bedroom, both with closets and dressers. Our third bedroom is quite small and has a twin bed and a dresser. The bathroom is on the second floor. Our home has a keypad lock so you don’t have to worry about losing keys and also gives you the ability to self check in.
Our home is a peaceful oasis that you can use to relax or for a home base to explore Burlington and VT (we're close to I- 89). Our home is in a quiet friendly residential neighborhood with close proximity to so much! We are walkable to Lake Champlain, amazing Parks & Beaches, the Bike Path, shopping, wonderful restaurants, world class breweries and tasting rooms, cafes, trails, the local Co-op, grocery stores, music venues and art studios. We welcome people from all backgrounds as our guests. Come enjoy Burlington and Vermont. You won’t want to leave!

Summary: My friend and I spent Presidents’ Day week at this property. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. Since this was a dog friendly home (had to pay an extra fee per pet), we were able to bring our 4-legged companions along for the trip. The fenced in yard was a great feature and the dogs enjoyed running around. The location was convenient and a short drive to the center of Burlington. The nearby park was within walking distance and offered great views of Lake Champlain. While we did have a few minor hiccups during the stay, Paul was very receptive and responsive with whatever we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for your next trip to Burlington!

Summary: This house is in a great location in Burlington. You can bike to just about everything in town. The neighbors are also extremely nice and helpful. The house is charming and adequately roomy for up to five people.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little house nestled in a family friendly section of Burlington. It had all the amenities and information needed about the area and is in a good location for nearby parks, attractions and shopping. Communicating with Paul was very easy.

Summary: We needed a place in Burlington to stay while visiting and a bit of a reprieve from quarantine. Lovely older house in very quiet neighbor hood walking to lake beach, shopping and restaurants, breweries..... Backyard is deep and quiet. It was unusually hot in Burlington and the ACs and ceiling fans were in use. House is very comfy with space to spread out living, dining etc.... we cooked and grilled and found everything we needed to make meals. Paul was great - Hospitable, quick to reply, made everything easy.... access, check-out, etc..... hope to visit again.

Summary: Due to a home fire we had to leave our Vermont house during the middle of a pandemic. Paul worked with us and even called the AG's office to make sure we could have a place to stay. We also used to live in this hood so it was very convenient. Easy walk to the market, breweries, and the lake!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be in a great location for visiting family, short drive or walking to restaurants, and my husband enjoyed driving just 40 minutes to Stowe a few times. The big backyard was perfect for the dogs with the high fence and they enjoyed the vacation too. Lots of places to walk the dogs as wells, not far from a park by the water. Burlington is very dog friendly.

Summary: We had an amazing time and this property was perfect, accurate to the posting. Comfortable house, very clean, excellent communication with property owners, great fenced in yard for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood that is really close to everything. Short walks to get to many fun things to do including; breweries, hiking trails, stores and more. Thank you so much for such a fun and relaxing get away we really appreciate everything.
