Summary: From the time before we even planned the booking, up until check-out, Tom has been a great host. He answered all our little questions and ensured we had a great stay. He helped with getting a cake for my husband's birthday and even visited to check on us. The property was very clean, with parking access, all cooking and cleaning amenities were available, including salt and pepper and tea and coffee making facilities. The view was really great as well but if you are walking back from the town it is a slope, however not too bad. Overall I would recommend the place to friends and family and we had a great time. Summary: The property is quirky, modern, clean and very well appointed. Quality toiletries, towels and bedding are provided. It’s an excellent base to explore the Peak District and then chill out in the evening. Tom is an excellent host, very accommodating and friendly. As can be seen from the photos of the mezzanine bed access, this would not suit people with mobility issues. The property is also near the top of a very step hill, so walking back from the town would be a challenge. Neither of these were an issue to us and we had a great stay.
