Positive: The property is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Adria, but close enough to reach the centre on foot or by bicycle if you don’t have a car. The owners were kind enough to collect me when I had some transport delays and I could borrow a bike to meet friends in the centre for the evening. The best part about this stay was the friendless, warmth and hospitality of the staff: Roberto, Cristina and Martina went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and modern and such a nice treat to have a use of the pool facilities too! I would absolutely return again.

Positive: BnB consists of a spacious complex with a beautiful pool, lawns and terrace areas.
Negative: The kitchen has to be shared with several parties, which can lead to bottlenecks if one party wants to prepare larger meals, especially as the crockery and especially the fridge capacity are rather limited. Breakfast consists of pre-packed cakes provided in the room, and with a bit of luck a croissant is also included. In the beginning there were also juice packs, which were however not replenished, and the rest was refilled rather randomly and irregularly. There was still some cake in the kitchen, but overall the breakfast was rather modest, even by Italian standards, if you didn't top it up yourself. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the fact that there was only one chair for a four-bed room was somewhat surprising. And I'm not sure whether the kitchen is cleaned regularly. However, the many party events were a real nuisance. While strict rules were communicated for BnB guests (no eating and drinking by the pool, no private parties, etc.), the owner rents out the pool and terrace area commercially for various events. During our stay of five nights, such events took place on four evenings, which meant that the pool and terrace area were partially occupied. Although we were still allowed to use the pool at times, we were then increasingly confronted with loud and alcoholised party guests who showed no inhibitions, even in the presence of children. Unfortunately, we got the impression that the party guests had priority over the BnB guests. Moreover, the description of the accommodation did not mention any such events. We would certainly not stay at the Adria BnB again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and relaxation or planning a family holiday.

Positive: It was a fantastic stay, we had a long journey up and Roberto and his wife kindly waited quite a long time to greet us with a very warm welcome. The story of the venue was also very nice to hear. The place is lovely, clean and had everything we needed. It was great to wake up and be able to use the pool. We will definitely be back!😎

Positive: Quiet location outside of Adria, not easily walkabe to centre. Modern spacious appartment that was let down by dissapointing breakfast of pre-packaged rolls and jam. Nice pool
