Summary: The beds were not properly put together and were missing legs and screws. We had to move the mattress to the floor because it was not a stable frame and I didn’t want it collapsing and hurting our baby. The owner was very nice and ordered a pack and play to the house when we couldn’t find the one they provide inside. The temperature would fluctuate greatly with intense heat at night and freezing cold in the morning. The location is very loud with planes taking off frequently. Upstairs bedroom had a bird’s nest coming in through the window. Furniture in living room was not comfortable. House smelled like mildew and the dishwasher had an odor. There were not enough cups provided for large groups. There was a Corona beer left outside on the deck that had a lot of bugs in it. Fridge was very clean. Bathrooms are tiny but okay. We had to purchase more toilet paper and do laundry frequently to have fresh towels. Keurig provided is nice. Few pots and pans to cook with. Garbage bags provided which is nice. Check in process was easy and plenty of room for parking. There are multiple locked doors in the house which are not accessible to us and not sure what they contain. The owner provided very clear instructions for check in and check out. Issues seem to stem with maintenance of the property. I feel as though it was briefly cleaned from the last visitors and then left to us, especially since the beds were in such poor conditions and went unnoticed. Blinds in windows are broken.

Summary: Thermostat was broken when we got there and all through our stay. We tried conditioner connected to window but that didnt work either. says it sleeps 12 but it only has 5 beds and a couch.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here as it was conveniently located for our travel purposes and had space for all of our family. The host generally responded to questions during our stay and provided clear check in/out instructions. One note is that the heating system seems to be unbalanced so the temperature upstairs (much hotter) was quite different from the temperature downstairs (much cooler), though space heaters were provided. Otherwise, the space was clean and functional.

Summary: Our group was very excited to have an opportunity to share and bond as we always do. The check in / checkout instructions were very clear and the property was inviting. However our concerns that we shared while there were not fully addressed. Although a technician came out to adjust the heating issue it did not fix the problem therefore we had to use the heaters the entire time for warmth which also caused fuses to be triggered and lights to go out. The refrigerator not keeping our food and drinks cold was so disappointing! We literally had to put things in the freezer to keep cold but transfer quickly so it would not freeze the items! That same was noted in a recent review but because that was a major thing I was sure that it would have been taken care of. In looking at the pictures on line I must say that we were misled. Although it sleeps 8 or more, the common space did not lend itself for a comfortable gathering to interact with each other. The space was too small, the furniture was not comfortable. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience at Aerostay retreat!

Summary: Great hosts, beautiful home. Was great for our occasion! The only very minor thing was the fridge could have been colder. But it was a great stay. If I have friends come in again it is a great cozy little home!! Hosts was amazing!
