Positive: The location is great, offering truly impressive views. The breakfast is excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options. As we visited during the off-season, the outdoor pool was a little too cold to enjoy, but the indoor spa facilities were a great alternative. The staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting with planning activities on the island.

Negative: For a 5-star hotel, it would be reasonable to expect the parking fee to be included in the room rate. That said, the staff were very nice and provided complimentary bottled water whenever we collected the car, which was a thoughtful touch.

Positive: Staff were amazing! Super clean. Great coffee. The views are incredible.

Negative: Lacked atmosphere after dinner. Could do with some live music or a DJ. Rooftop bar was closed.
