Positive: Communication from the Host was very good. They provided us a room upgrade for a reasonable additional cost, based on our needs. Appartment had everything we need and a bit more, for ex. a/c sensitive to open windows. Walking distance to the beach.

Negative: We had to wait near Reception for half an hour at 23:00 before getting the key to the room, despite the fact that I called about our flight-delay situation and notified at what time we will arrive. I think late check-ins or force majeure circumstances could be handled differently. To get to the beach you need to use 2 sets of long stairs, one of which is along construction site. Also if you are going to that area you need to have insect-protection, because there are a lot of them around.

Summary: We really enjoyed this stay and can recommend it!

Positive: Amazing location, for me one of the best on Majorka, closer to green areas and wild nudist beach, nice small city, also not too far from the airport. Great view from the restaurant terrace. 10 min to city beach, very good one, or 25 min to wild beach. Comfortable beds, kitchen, 2 bedrooms. The owner met us late after the flight. Organised cheap taxy. Recommended

Positive: A fantastic view, great pool deck and the host and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is within a short walk of downtown and the beach. We were very happy with our stay here.

Negative: There is nothing that can be done to improve the facilities but the stairs to climb when returning from the downtown or beach are quite challenging and tiring for those not in shape for such walking.
