Summary: The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and bigger than I was expecting. The space is beautiful and stylish and comfortable as well. Everything is well stocked to feel at home during your stay. The outdoor space is just as nice as the indoor space and we enjoyed sitting outside at night. I’d definitely stay again if I return the area, the host was responsive and very nice.

Summary: The house was very nice and clean. The lock on the front door did not work most of the stay. Had to use the keys. The explanation as to how to find the lock box was a little confusing. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected. It was fine. After the first night we felt really safe. The light bulb above the dining table was out. We got a bulb and changed it, but was afraid to put the fixture back on. We left the fixture on the table. FYI the shower liner in the master bath needs changing. Its a little moldy. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you.

Summary: Great place for a small group! We had 3 guys, plenty of space for each of us. Great little kitchen area and outdoor space. Only about 10 minutes from the airport and easy getting into downtown.

Summary: Beautiful little home. Very well done amenities were awesome. The only thing was we could not find many things to ( breweries, shops etc.) that were within walking distance as we thought that was something mentioned on the site. But we rented a car and did have easy access to DT and the other popular stops. Thank you Sarah and Amanda. I had such a great Birthday weekend in Austin! Would definitely stay again. Carol W

Summary: Everything was great the host was very accommodating and quick response time. The pull out couch isn’t fit for 2 people though. It’s a futon so realistically only 7 folks will fit in that house. Apart from that we liked staying there.

Summary: This house was perfect for a girl's trip of 6 ladies. The location was in close proximity to Austin's recreation and nightlife activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean. A few day's worth of toilet paper and trash bags were provided. The owner was very accommodating and prompt with answers to our questions. We would definitely book again. Some of our most fun things to do: Austin Electric Bike Tour: Let It Ride, Barton Springs/Lady Bird Lake area for walking and relaxing in the grass, Rainey Street for nightlife.
