Summary: Arrived after midnight after calling and letting them know what time I would be arriving and at first they couldn’t locate my reservation. Then they didn’t have a key ready. Night staff just doesn’t seem very efficient or well prepared for late arrival guests. The room was fine, clean, and the bed comfortable. If there’s a thunderstorm you will hear everything.

Summary: My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Austin was a horrible experience. The room smelled moldy and musty, the enamel on the bathtub was already peeling off. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioning was so loud that I had to turn it off to get some sleep at night, however I didn't feel like it was helping to improve the air anyway. The “gym” was basically just a small room with a treadmill and some dumbbells. I was traveling alone and didn't feel safe. I tried to shorten my trip by a day, but the management refused to reimburse me for the extra night, but I left anyway. I was too worried about my well being. The only good thing was the free parking on site.

Summary: Great experience. We asked to be moved from a room with a conjoined room and the receptionist was friendly and did so. No difficulty. The elevators are a little stinky. But otherwise everything was good.
