Located on the scenic shores of Smith's Bay near Morrison Point in Prince Edward County - 5 acre wooded lot overlooking the beautiful Waupoos (the name "Waupoos" is taken from the Ojibwe word waabooz "rabbit"). Waupoos is known as the center for the cider and wine industry. We're 20 mins from Sandbanks Provincial Park, Picton and Bloomfield. Perfect location to get grounded - away from the stress of city life! Throw in some fishing and you're good to go!
This Fancy RV Trailer is an affordable home-base for the single person or couple who would like to explore the County and all its offering on a budget.
Perfectly spotted with a lake view - simple and clean. You'll have our own private deck, gas barbeque and fire pit .
Accessibility to the lake is steps away - off the dock, you're able to swim in the beautiful crystal clear water. Or, enjoy a swim in the pool to cool down on those hot summer days. We do have water crafts (2 paddle boards, a couple kayaks, a canoe, 2 paddle boats and a couple row boats) all available for your use on a first come first serve basis - shared with the other cottagers.
Kitchen is well equipped except for your cooking items(oil, salt, pepper etc). You must bring your own drinking water. You can use the water for cooking once it's boiled - this is just a precaution for your safety.

Summary: The grounds were very well kept and it was beautiful and peaceful there. Lots of trees, well manicured lawn, a lovely view of the Lake Ontario. Our host was thorough, polite, and easy to get along with. He also responded quickly to any problems. My only negative feedback is that the pool had too many dead, and half dead, bugs floating on the water (including bees) to be able to swim or really enjoy the pool. But this can be solved. Overall, a wonderful place and I enjoyed the clean, comfortable trailer , the fireplace, the barbecue, and of course, the setting, very much. It was lovely. any problems. Isecuththere.

Summary: We had a fantastic week, we stayed in the RV. It was spotless and Bob is super welcoming ! Great privacy since it sits back a little but still view of the lake. The pool is everything and more. I feel it’s a great value for your money and will definitely recommend :) Leo and Petra
