The Perch is a boho-style full-floor 3-bed, 2-bath unit. This home is the perfect retreat for families, seasonal explorers, local food and drink enthusiasts, wedding guests and flexible professionals looking for a new work from home environment. Guests will have the best the Hudson Valley has to offer at their fingertips and the comfort of our spacious, sun-drenched mountain perch.

• Our home is located in Upstate NY near the woods and mountains - there are bugs outside and occasionally inside
• We require a two night minimum stay however we will be asking for a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends. Thank you!

Summary: The home is very clean and has all of the amenities you need, including a vacuum and cleaning products. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and it was very close to trails, scenic points, and stores. The cafe is within walking distance and very friendly staff.

Summary: The apartment is big, well distributed, simple but nicely decorated, equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. Another group was downstairs but we did no hear them. The area has plenty of hiking and restaurants I recommend it

Summary: House was perfect. We had a great time celebrating our friends 60th. One of the cleanest houses I have ever rented. 5 minute drive to Lake Minnewaska. Owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: We rented this unit for our family to get away for the weekend to visit some wineries , breweries and farms. Alex and Bryce were great ! They answered all our questions in a timely fashion. This unit was modern new and spotless! Super clean ! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. There was a fan in each closet of the room to use which I thought was very nice but was not needed the central AC worked very well in keeping us cool. All appliances worked well. There is a fenced in area with a fire pit that was very nice to have to hang out with our family and our Boston Terrier. They even have a dog bowl . There is a cute store you can walk to for breakfast sandwiches etc. This was a good find and will definitely book again!

Summary: We had a very good time, the house is brand new, clean and very spacious and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and the area is fantastic for hiking the Catskills and visiting towns on the Hudson river. Will definitely try to stay again on our next visit to the area!
