Our Cozy home is centrally located in Va Beach. We are 20 minutes from the Ocean Front, Sandbridge, Town Center and Munden Point Park. We are 2 minutes from athletic fields and SportsPlex. We love hosting families in our cozy home and there is pool for families to swim and enjoy the outdoors together. Our private outdoor area is like a mini resort with several different seating locations both in the sun or shade all facing the pool. You will have the pool all to yourself. We stay in a separate sound proof suite over the garage with private entrance. We look forward in hosting your family and friends.

Summary: Excellent experience. The house felt like home instead of a vacation spot as soon as we walked in. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All the necessary utensils, plates, condiments for eating in are in the kitchen. Plenty of fresh towels to use. Clean bedding in the bedrooms and tv's in every room, toys for the kiddos to play with in the family room all these touches really made our family feel at home. The icing on the cake is the pool in the backyard with a water slide and diving board, with lots of pool accesories in the shed for use. We had as much fun in the pool as we did in the beach. The owner is really kind, responsive and patient with answering all your questions/concerns. The house is located at a great spot in va beach, pretty much anywhere in va beach is within a 20 min radius from this house. Highly recommend if your in the va beach area.

Summary: This house had everything we needed for our large family. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house. The yard was gorgeous and the kids loved the pool. I loved that there were multiple seating areas spread around throughout. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit this property again.

Summary: This is beyond the best experience I have ever had at a Vacation Rental! Kelly is amazing and extremely accommodating. The house is very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The backyard is heaven. There is so much love poured into their backyard from the pool, garden, firepit, patio furniture, to the amazing lights at night. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back again!

Summary: Our family decided to book this property for a long-weekend getaway to celebrate my son's birthday. The private pool was the biggest draw and it did not disappoint! Everyone had a blast in the pool - equipped with diving board, fun slide, and any float or toy you could think of. The owner even provided beach towels. The backyard is nicely landscaped and has ample seating. There's also covered outdoor areas. The rest of the house is equally well-kept with all amenities, including toys for the little one. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the beach theme to the house really made us feel like we were on a beach vacation. We ventured out to the beaches but honestly, the house and its environs were the main draw. Don't hesitate, book now. Kellie Jo is an excellent communicator and very welcoming.

Summary: Stunning, Calming, Caring, Responsive, Extraordinary! These words still do not do justice and express this rental and family. My family and another family rented this house to reunite with our spouses that had been on a year long deployment and it was better than we ever could imagined. Anything we needed for our kids to make there stay more comfortable was there. We were able to reconnect and worry about absolutely nothing. The pool has everything you could want to relax and have fun for all ages. The kitchen has absolutely everything you can want including to my surprise a French Press. The rooms were very comfortable! Our kids were able to sleep without being disturbed by the adults downstairs. The screened in porch was nice for late night games or gatherings keeping cool with the fan and keeping mosquitoes away. Kellie made us feel at home and always answered any questions. I can't say enough about this house and both of our families want to make this a recurring tradition here! Thank you so much Kellie❤️

Summary: The property was exactly as billed, including a wonderful pool to relax by and cool off in, an immaculately clean environment. Close to Virginia Beach and its amenities without the touristy feel. Our host, Kellie Jo was extremely responsive to questions and concerns, and we had a great time. Would definitely return.

Summary: This house is amazing with so many upgrades. The outside pool & backyard feels like a resort and the pool is awesome. Each room inside offers smart tv's with any possible channel you would be looking for, so my kids loved this house. Quiet neighborhood in safe location.

Summary: We came in town for a long weekend stay in conjunction with a soccer tournament. The location is fantastic - the HRSC and PAAC are right around the corner, so commuting to the complexes for early games was simple. We made trips to the shore, about 20 minutes away, easy drive. Plenty of amenities - restaurants, groceries, gas, etc. - nearby. The home is beautifully appointed in a nautical theme with plenty of room for a much larger group than ours (we had 5). There are information placards placed around the home that made it easy to feel at home. While the weather didn't cooperate for pool time, the backyard is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cooler weather - there's very little light pollution so on cloudless nights, I imagine the view is amazing. The host provided plenty of recommendations which provide us some good places to eat and entertainment for the kids. The host is a great communicator and very accommodating. 10/10 would come back, equally for the home and the host's helpfulness and easy to contact.

Summary: We had such a good time last week! Hosts were very, very helpful, friendly and kind. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We lacked for nothing as far as amenities. Pool/yard area is fantastic!. Only regret, Kellie, was that we didn't get to make any masks as the weather was too nice!
