Positive: The beds. The pillows. Super cozy. Great, hot, strong shower. Very impressive. Halls had a musty smell. Was worried that the room was going to smell but it was only the halls. Only stayed one night. Have the breakfast! The berry Nutella waffles were amazing. Took a hot Minute to arrive to our room. About 20 minutes. But it was delicious. Staff was sweet. Thanks!!

Negative: Dim dreary halls.

Positive: Downstairs amenities! I enjoyed playing pool and visiting the bar! Drinks were awesome and food was delicious!

Negative: My room was very loud with mechanical noise. I was beside the electrical room so it seemed every time the elevator moved i heard it in my walls.

Positive: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — definitely convenient for my stay.

Negative: This The desk in the room had a burn mark, the A/C was a little tricky to get working and didn’t seem to cool the room well, and the shower window was cracked.

Summary: Overall, my stay at Aloft was decent — comfortable and clean, but a few maintenance issues kept it from being great.
