Positive: place was serene with little to no noise. spacious and comfortable. modern kitchen facilities. Theophilus was serviceable and always ready to help. he is a plus to the facility

Positive: I appreciated the aesthetic appeal and the minimalist approach to the flat's design. Additionally, I found it appealing that it resembled a comfortable retreat.
Negative: Prior to my arrival, I sought to inspect the condition of the flats, however, the caretaker declined, instructing me to check in first. This was a clear indication of potential issues, yet I had already confirmed my reservation. Secondly, I was at home with guests when the electricity unexpectedly went out around 2100 hours. However, the caretaker was nowhere to be found to switch on the generator. We were quite uncomfortable due to the heat, and my guests had to depart. The electricity returned approximately an hour later, and the caretaker also appeared. I was not happy There was a locked door in the flat, which the caretaker informed me was a storeroom locked by the owner of Agape. However, after a week, a cleaner came to clean the place and told us it was the visitors' toilet. The caretaker, it seems, was not truthful. When I questioned him about it, he stated that he was new to the job and that he was unaware it was the visitors' toilet. Methinks his training was very bad

Positive: Very nice apartment with well equipped kitchen. Location is beautiful and close to main street and city center, airport and the mall. We appreciate the cleanness, the staff specifically Thiophilus and Richard who were always taking care of us. Sure will stay here again if we visit Takoradi again in the future.
Negative: Road to the main street is a little bit rough, but apart from that everything is perfect.

Positive: The apartment and its furnishing were beautifully done. Proximity to town, other social amenities, and tourist sites like Bisa Abrewa was phenomenal It was easy to locate via Google map Neat apartment and all required items required provided. Both dstv and Netflix activated with WiFi available for use. Quiet and serene environment. Both the owner and security team on the ground are down to earth Our car was washed on our check-out day, which was the icing on the cake
