Positive: The place is exceptionally charming and very quiet. The owner is an exquisite person and was very helpful and friendly. The room was simply perfect. Concerning the breakfast I can only say it was delicious with a large choice of salty and sweet foods (fruit, cereals, homemade delicious cakes, eggs, ...) The whole place and the surroundings are very quiet. The swimming pool was a nice place to spend the afternoon or even the whole day. And what a view!! In q few words, the Agrirelais San Giovanni is the closest place to heaven I've ever been.
Negative: The quiet of the place and the warm hospitality of the owner(s). The swimming pool was nice to spend part of the day. The breakfast was simply perfect and delicious

Positive: Great spot to explore Gran Sasso and the surrounding area. Run by a kind husband / wife combo. Very accommodating. Rooms are very very clean - AC remote was in a plastic bag so if you’re a neat freak / germaphobe you won’t be disappointed. Facilities are all new, everything works, breakfast was tasty with home baked cakes and some local prosciutto, cheese and bread. We only stayed one night but the pool was pleasant at sunset. Enjoyed the outside access of our room (most likely for those with disabilities), but it was nice to drive right up to the door with the car and luggage. Quite pleased and served our needs perfectly for an easy access, clean, upscale place to stay while transiting from the coast inland.
Negative: Liked everything - the outdoor area surrounding the pool could be improved but certainly adequate for a relatively small, 5 room place.
Summary: Great place to stay with friendly hosts when transiting from the coast to the mountains.

Positive: This place is brand new and the location is spectacular. Vanni and his family was the perfect hosts taking great care of us. Lying at the pool and looking out over the mountains was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast superb with delicious pastries made by Vinnies wife. Try to catch a sunset up on Calascio, beautiful!
Negative: There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Its just great

Positive: The accommodation is in a perfect location in a small village for visiting the sights of Abruzzo. From the garden and the pool you have a wonderful view of the city opposite, the surrounding mountains, even Rocca Calascio can be seen in the distance. The building and the room with the bathroom are nice, tidy and very clean. Vanni and his family are very kind, perfect hosts, wonderful people. They help with everything. The breakfast is fantastic, there is a sweet and salty breakfast. The cakes are all made by the hosts, the cold meats and cheese come from local producers. I recommend it to everyone who values ​​a family atmosphere, peace and perfect relaxation.
Negative: The only thing that would be better would be a slightly larger refrigerator in the room, which can fit a couple of 1.5 l bottles of mineral water in the hot summer season. Everything else is perfect :)

Positive: Vanni and his family have really exceeded our expectations. Even before we reached AgriRelais, Vanni proved to be the perfect host. We had a minor incident coming over -- one that could have easily spoiled our family vacation. Vanni came to our rescue and helped us sort out everything. This level of service is very difficult to come by today. AgriRelais is brand new, equipped with all the necessary amenities, extremely clean and offers a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is sumptous, offering a wide range of choices, including freshly-baked pastries by the family. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the WiFi is stable. It is nestled in a quiet place but is strategically located to visit nearby towns. It is our first time in Abruzzo and we are so happy to have stayed here. This has been a memorable family vacation, thanks also to our experience in AgriRelais San Giovanni. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable and accessible base when you visit the area, book AgriRelais San Giovanni today.
