Positive: Our host was delightful and very generous, offering us coffee, beer, cake, water on arrival! We were able to get into our room when we needed to although we arrived early. Room was large with a/c, comfortable bed, sofa, table etc and good bathroom. Shared terrace and garden too was lovely. All very well laid out. We had dinner in Villa Franca, but probably could have found something closer. Very good served breakfast was most welcome. Excellent value and so convenient for our last night in Italy before early flight. 15 mins easy drive to Verona airport. Perfect! Thank you PietroGiorgio!

Negative: Some day time aircraft noise inevitably but we slept completely undisturbed and very well!

Positive: Quiet location, room was exceptionally clean and the grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was amazing with everything from fresh bread and yogurt, fresh focaccia, eggs and to finish it off was a delightful dessert! We will be booking again for next year.

Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like about this stay. We were blown away by the beautiful location and will be staying again.

Summary: Piergiorgio goes above and beyond for his guests and is the best host we’ve ever experienced.
