Positive: Great location and our room had a view looking up towards the town. Our hostess was extremely warm and welcoming. It was lovely and quiet, and in summer it would be great to sit by the pool and relax.

Negative: The bed was on the firm side for me.

Positive: No breakfast to report on; the property is quite beautiful and very conveniently located for access to Todi. The staff was extremely helpful as we arrived late, and communicated with us in a timely manner.

Negative: The hotel actually has a different name than the one listed, and hence the location using Google maps does not correspond to the actual entrance. Therefore, we had difficulty finding it as we arrived after hours.

Summary: Met our expectations quite well, and at a very reasonable price

Positive: The owner and family were tremendously welcoming and nice. Unfortunately the place was undergoing some major work so it wasn't a place as relaxing or at least did not have the same value for money one was expecting before arriving there. To be fair, the owner told us from our arrival that we were free to see the room and choose whether to stay or leave.

Negative: I was expecting a different experience, but understand with major construction in progress I could not have the full experience as anticipated by various reviews on this website.
