Positive: Our stay at Castello di Bagnolo was nothing short of magical, offering us the perfect escape from our busy lives filled with work, family, and everyday responsibilities. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. Early each morning, I would step outside with my coffee, greeted by the stunning view of the castle. Being surrounded by the beauty of the forest, the peaceful silence, and the warmth of the sun made it an ideal retreat. It was a rare and beautiful way to slow down and truly enjoy life. When we arrived, check-in was scheduled from 3 PM to 7 PM (15:00-19:00), but due to heavy traffic, we arrived much later than expected. I messaged Katia, the manager, and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, waiting for us without any hesitation. She also went above and beyond by recommending a hairdresser for me, as we were attending a friend’s wedding the following day. Katia’s recommendation, Marco, was a true lifesaver. He squeezed me into his busy schedule early in the morning and styled my hair beautifully. Unfortunately, one of the hair clips loosened by the time the wedding started in the afternoon. I reached out to Marco, and he kindly offered to fix it for free, showing incredible professionalism and kindness. I had planned to return to him for a hair color appointment, but with plans to meet friends in Turin and explore the city's museums, time simply ran out. Despite this, I will certainly return, not only to experience the magic of Castello di Bagnolo again but also to visit Marco’s salon. Both places offered such beauty and hospitality, making our time there unforgettable. Ps. Hairdresser name "Bortolotto Marco Parrucchieri" Via Roma, 70, 12031 Bagnolo Piemonte CN , contact him before he very busy. I was very ucky!

Positive: The appartment is located in a a very big domain from a pittoresque castle, with forest and vineyards, on a mountain with great view on the surrounding mountains. The swimming pool is a little walk (5 minutes), but very big (>20 metres long), so great to practice your crawl during vacation. Katia from the reception was very friendly. The appartment itself was oldfashioned, but very charming, with a lot of farmhouse style and very spacious. Also, in the evening the garden was lit by fireflies (beginning July), and there were trees with delicious blueberries and prunes (we found they were edible). The mountains nearby were fantastic for hiking (we went to Jervis refuge by foot, not too difficult with very good food for lunch. Turin is not too far (one hour by car) and a fantastic city! One of the best holidays ever.
Negative: The doors in the house were quite low, so a bit awkward for big people like me. So I hit my head several times, but then I am a bit of a distracted person. So if you are too, beware!
Summary: Great place for a holiday.
