Positive: I wanted a place that was between my visits to Modica/ Ragusa and then Palazzo Acreide as part of my Val di Noto UNESCO World Heritage adventure in So East Sicily. This was a perfect place in between. No city noises, plenty of parking, wonderful staff, great breakfast, easy checkin, and clean/comfortable room.

Positive: The piece and tranquility of the nature. Amazing views. Food at the restaurant is perfect!

Negative: The rooms and pool need some simple maintenance, e.g. our AC wasn't working properly and we opened it to check the filter and it was very dirty, so after cleaning the filter it worked perfectly, or the toilet - it wasn't flushing properly, so it needs some updates.
