Positive: This is the 2nd time staying here. The grounds are beautiful and the location gor seeing other parts of Italy is ideal. The apartments are so peaceful. the kitchen has ample equipment for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean.
Negative: Everything was very good.

Positive: We had a great stay at this charming agroturismo. Self check in and out were easy and straight forward. We stayed in winter and the heating in the apartment was very good which was much appreciated. The small playground on site was a big hit with our young daughter. I'd imagine in the summer the pool is a big plus. The area is lovely and Cortano is easily accessible.

Positive: The villa we stayed in was classic and beautiful. Each room had its own bathroom, providing ample space for everyone. The kitchen was well-furnished with all the necessary amenities. The garden was stunning, and there was plenty of parking space.
Negative: The walls were paper-thin, allowing every noise from the neighboring rooms to be heard. The garden was densely packed with villas, and even the building we stayed in was divided into sections with separate entrances for different groups, which reduced the sense of privacy. Additionally, the pool was shared among all the villas and was not available for use late at night.

Positive: Nice and neat. Quiet and clean. We had a great time. Astonishing view to Cortona. Its strategic place allows to visit many towns by car. There were fans for every bedroom. We didn't see an insect!
Negative: The beds in the twin room are rather small. The upper floor obviously has a higher temperature.

Positive: Even though I stayed out of season so the weather was cold, I can see how beautiful Il Borgo would be in the summer with space to sit outside and use of the swimming pool. I was upgraded to the 3 bedroom home which would be ideal for 6 people with a bathroom for each room. The beds are very comfortable and there is ample room for hanging clothes. The manager wasn't on site, but the apartments were having maintenance done, and if I needed anything, it would be brought immediately. Il Borgo is a 10 minute walk at the most to the small town of Camucia with a train station that can take you all over Italy. Even better would be for those with a car, close to a motorway. Beautiful Cortona is up on the hill and a place worth visiting. All-in-all, I recommend this place for a great Italian experience.
Negative: I can't really say as I was out of season before everything had begun. The fun will start now I'm home! I unfortunately stayed when the temperature was very low. But the radiators work very well and the bedding was ideal for keeping one warm.
