Positive: Beautiful location, a 10 minute drive from Assisi. Very quiet and peaceful, just what is needed after a day's sightseeing. Unfortunately, we were on a tight budget this year, so we didn't have dinner at the accommodation, but the smell wafting up from the kitchen was very tempting. Would definitely book again.

Positive: The place is well-kept. The host was very nice and helpful. We missed dinner because we saw the host's message late, so I recommend reaching out to them as early as possible. The smell from the kitchen was crazy good...I wish we could have dined there. The WiFi is of good quality.
Negative: The rooms are a bit tired and need a revamp. The rest is good as it is.
