Positive: We stayed here for 4  nights at the end of October. We were longing for peace and quiet in the mountains and that's exactly what we got. - the rooms are in line with the **-accomodation: good bed, bathroom with a good shower, it was all clean. - Fabio was our host and he made us feel welcome and at home. He is very friendly but also very professional.  Don't worry no matter which language you speak, Fabio will make it work in a mix of Italian, English, french. I am not sure but I wouldn't be surprised if there are more languages on his list :) - there are no hiking paths starting from the agriturismo, but hikers have no doubt. If you have a car, there are many options in a 15 minute range from the property. We hiked for three days and absolutely fell in love with this mountain area (amazing with the trees in their autumn colors). Fabio provides you from all the information you need, just ask him (in my experience it's not so easy to figure it out yourself on the internet)... - the agriturismo is easy to get to, the road is in good condition and not steep or anything. The parking area is locked with a gate and perfectly accessible. - breakfast is way more than what you would expect from a **-accomodation. Fresh bread, toast, fruit, boiled eggs, pancetta, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese, some meat if you like, tomatoes,.... The coffee is excellent too - their border collie Iris is the perfect addition to the hosting team. She is the sweetest, very friendly and well behaved. I loved playing with her (and she liked it A LOT), but I am sure that if you're not fond of dogs you'll also feel at ease as she will keep her distance
Negative: If you're looking for extra luxurious rooms, this is probably not the place to go, the rooms are rather basic. But if you're well informed and know what to expect, you'll be fine We couldn't have dinner because it was the end of the season. If this is important to you, it's best to send a message before booking to check with Fabio and Milena. We had dinner in a restaurant nearby (5 of 10 min on foot). By car there are quite a bit of options in the surroundings, Fabio will be happy to inform you

Positive: Extremely welcoming hosts especially Fabia who always took the time to explain every dish and wine he offered us. Very friendly and helpful staff overall. The area is quiet and relaxing, we could see a small stream from our bathroom window. The food was also amazing, make sure you try it! Will hopefully be back!
