Negative: The WiFi was very unstable. One of us needed to work during the stay and it was impossible over the WiFi. And there was a leak from the floor above us into the living room.

Positive: Our three bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We appreciated that it was tucked amongst olive groves yet just a short drive to Porto Ercole and beaches.
Negative: The AC was a little finicky, but we got it to work for the most part.

Positive: Comfortable, clean, well equipped and cosy. By the way, many reviewers remarked on the absence of salt and pepper, but there was plenty of both. You'll find it in the sachets in the container by the sink. Wonderful views, beautiful walks and close to town despite being surrounded by countryside. Close to the Feniglia beach, and an easy drive to both Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano. The Argentario is well worth exploring - a bit like Cap d'Antibe but a thousand times bigger. Then again, there are the islands of Giglio and Gianutri. Basically, it's a wonderful base for a wonderful holiday. A real home from home.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, but visitors should be aware when taking evening strolls that there might be wild bore about. No great problem as long as you don't get between the adults and their young. Human parents should therefore take responsibility for their own young, and ensure that no one tries to play with or cuddle a baby bore. But if anything, they add some local colour when you hear them snuffling about looking for tasty roots and, if they're lucky, a truffle or two.

Negative: in hindsight should have looked for an Apartment with a pool. We most definitely missed a grill,which for us during holidays is a must.

Positive: The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise! The living area was incredibly spacious, with large windows offering a beautiful view of the fort in the distance. The kitchen, though small, was perfectly efficient. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very convenient, and having a laundry unit in the apartment was a great bonus. The area was peaceful, with tasteful furnishings, easy parking, and just a short drive into Porto Ercole. We were also pleased they provided a high chair and portable crib. The air conditioning was much appreciated as well!
Negative: The main room didn’t cool down much, even with the air conditioning running. However, the bedrooms were comfortably cool. We also had some difficulty locating the silverware and kitchen utensils—it would be more convenient if they were moved to one of the empty kitchen cabinets rather than the green cabinet across the room.
Summary: Loved the view and the spacious accomodation!
